When you have to do something or say something you get panic attacks, Got to come against them in the name of Jesus for He did not give you a spirit of fear but boldness. Fear is a useless emotion gets you no where if you succumb to it.
Don't let fear surround you, it's not good feeling at all!
After that fear brings doubt and make you weak for now, you don't know which way to go, question everything and everyone makes you unstable.
Jehovah God do not want that at all in our lives.
James 1:8 "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways"
Fear make you double minded because one time it's up, another it's down, then another it's left and so-on.....
Fear = False evidence appearing real.
