When are we going to stop and realize

We in church, in government, in organization are training our members, workers, colleagues and volunteers wrong. We are training them to look for a leader to be the only leader. If that leader is not there nothing can be done on the work or the project. Everything is stopped and stalled if someone amongst them decide well we should continue the rest complains what he or she think they are doing, or who they think they are. when the truth is we all are leaders that need to take the initiative at the right moment in time.

Also the leaders are also threaten by  others that may have an idea, a better idea than them, or may be able to execute that project better, but instead of electing and or training that person  for such a task they block them.
They are training people to look at them, and for them and only them, so when they are not there some people don't show up to church, on the job  and if they show up they do not participate and if they do there whole attention is not in it, and things get dormant until the boss come back, show up, pass by etc. Thinking no one is watching them, but God is always watching us!!

My focus is the church because the church should  be the light that shine the way to Jesus. He is the only way there is no other way but through Jesus Christ!! We as the church have to be the light Has to have the formula for Living right where business men and women would come and say show us how to run our organization to be effective, but instead they are criticizing  the church more not because of Jesus for they have proven He is a righteous man. However He is more than righteous, more than a prophet, He is the way, our salvation our door  our Lord and King coming soon for His blemish  free church bride. Are we ready?

The leaders in the  church need to realize, that if they equip and let the believers know, if they help one person or two, their neighbor, Their friends, that is in need of help,or someone else, that is in need of help, that every person that will do that, there will be a huge shift turn around in our communities country or world.

Instead they are training them, that to feed the poor they have to go through training. (not against training) 'To do unto your neighbors the things you would like them to do unto you', help you if you need help be good etc. They have to go through training be ordain to help some one, so before you do you are waiting to be ordained and anointed, to be like Christ....(OMG) when we are,  He is inside of us. The breath of Life is inside all of us. The believers and unbelievers, the believers though have come into an awaken of truth but am wondering what kind of truth have they/we come into. 'Be your brothers keeper' so to do this I have to be anointed and appointed to be my brothers keeper.

Love is not teach  in the church very often, it's other things subject matters such financial, social, gang violence, fornication and political issues etc, and they are good and needed, but love is the greatest so why not teach the greatest and the not so great things after, love cast out a multitude of sin. What are we missing? Love if i love you I would take care of you would not hurt you harm you or let you go astray I would give my life for yours GOD give his son his life for ours.

When I look at the government people blame the government for everything they want the government to do everything, why is that so is because they train them to look at them. They are the leaders the only leaders and there can be no one else beside them.
If you dare to do and be and have a voice they conclude you are against them, and to do that it only fuels that  way of thinking, to be a reality. And then you have government split, church split, people split and  everything splitting. A big split and in confusion.

Then they come on the podiums talking about electing leaders to take the initiative and so-on and then after electing them they can't do a thing. Only when and what you say when you say. and then there is confusion because the person that was elected thinks they will be able to move in there talent  to help not to divided but to build up. So now  mix messages are portrayed, the people receive mix messages, birth of confusion and perplexity.

It's all about the wrong training your body language suggest these thing you say one thing and mean another , you show in your body language how threaten you are by the other person talent or gift capabilities of  extruding their gifts and protruding their talents.(It is said actions speaks louder than words)

My bible tells me life and death is in the power of my tongue. My words I speak I can create life or cause death.

Then we talk about protocol. I believe in protocol it suppose to eliminate division confusion, jealousy hatred confusion misunderstanding etc. It is now suppose to promote the equipping disciplining, disciple-shipping of every person to recognize that their is a chief, however you all have delegated responsibilities that should be carried out respectfully. So their is either no protocol and or the protocol is also corrupt.

Then you have premature death  and drainage of the person who is the leader or leaders  they tired all the time because they have to be here their and everywhere some people get him some other  don't then more confusion because now their is grumbling he or she prefers those because he or she is always there etc more dividing.

When are we going to stop and realize that we are training ourselves wrong and our people to kill and drain us they too can do the work once given with proper instruction support system, you can't do it all by yourself.
