My mom said shiloah is a toy dog. He was barking one evening, I suppose at something or someone mommy got up out of the blues, let me go see what this toy dog barking at.
The vet said that shiloah was and is the pup that's born with the defect as in all litters have, and he is retarded and emotional.
The vet diagnosis of my shiloah hmm -_-
