Blessed is
the nation whose God is Lord.
I exhort
therefore the supplication prayers intercessions and giving of thanks be made
for all men for kings and for all that are in authority that we may lead a
quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 1 Timothy 2:12
Father thank
you for leaders I pray for all those in authority and in the nation those in
government, in school in, legal system, in churches, in media and all other positions
of influence that your people may live quiet ad peaceable lives in all
godliness and honesty for this is good and acceptable in your sight
You have said
that when the righteous are in authority the people rejoice; but when the
wicked rule the people mourn.
Give us righteous
leadership lord open doors for the gospel to be preached to the leaders who are
not saved and born again let your word come to them pierce their hearts let it
be like fire in their souls purify them
from within let your joy fill them.
Lord and to
those that are in authority and are not save and even refuse because you have
given us a choice Lord teach your people to love let us know you never gives us
more than we can bare even when we may have chosen. You are a rescuer and healer
and deliverer give us the grace to go through and stand up strong and firm in
your Name Oh Lord.
Most of all
Lets us that
are called by your name humble ourselves and pray and seek your face and turn
from our wicked ways then you will hear from heaven forgive our sins and heal
our land.
