Signs and wonders are they for believers or unbelievers?

For believers so that their faith can be strengthen.

For unbelievers so that they can believe.

Now in some cases you have both of them not believing.

So who really it is for?

Is it for the earth it groans for the manifestation?

The earth believe more, it  is even speaking with it's natural signs and wonder this just came to me if we do not praise him even the rocks and stones and trees and plants will cry out in praise and worship.
