What do we do for a headache?
Well we can rest, sometimes it is that we are over worked and need rest.
Sometimes headaches are caused by actual use of the brain, remember it is a muscle and when you exercise it, it will hurt just like other muscles in the body hurts, when we use or exercise them because we have not been using them.
Some nice soothing tea herbals such as; peppermint, camomile and well you may not know about this one but it is called sour sop the leaves make great tea to calm us down it also cleans our stomach I know we here brew it for our babies calm them down and make you sleep as well.
It is not a sleeping pill it just calms you make you have a good rest.
