Good Friday

Hello,

It is Good Friday, and I am well, Jesus Christ has paid it all. It is nice to say thank you Lord for your your sacrifice I love you and appreciate you.Thank your Father for giving your Beloved Son and Holy Spirit thank you for raising Him up with power and might Amen.

 Well enjoy your day and weekend. I am on a sabbatical. :) being fuelled.   Most of all spending time with my love, friend and comforter, saviour, teacher and my all and all.

Konke/conke creole french it is payme. conke is a good Friday treat here. I don't know how you actually spell it but I know I can eat it ..................LOL

grated carrots, pumpkin, sweet potato & coconut
Pinch maybe a spoonful of corn meal, pinch of sugar, spices such as nutmeg cinnamon essence hot pepper not too much few raisin a pinch of flour not a lot and  you mix in all this and you get the banana leafs and use then as wrapping to place the mixture inside and tie it together with the strings or vines from the banana plant and boil them in your pot with water and salt and so forth.

this is just out of my head  have not really  researched how it is actually prepared in the fancy way if there is one
